Kenapa pakai jasa JNE selalu saja ada masalah. Selalu saja terlambat sampai. Di status keterangan "paket sedang di bawah kurir dalam perjalanan ke alamat rumah mu" tp apa ? Di tungguin dari jam 7 pagi sampai jam 7 malam, sikurir tdk kunjung … Lainnya
Katanya jika sehari tdk nyampek suruh hubungi, ternyata pengiriman dari JNE pusat madiun tak memberi tanggapan yg sesuai harapan.. Tlng di benahi sistim yg sprt itu … Lainnya
Kesel bangettt sm pengiriman JNE menganto, kurir nya tidak ramah bintang 1????pengiriman ga sampai rumah, udh di wa sm sharelok gdbls ganiat nganter gausa jd kurir… …

Seriously disappointed with the delivery service of JNE. I have been waiting for my package for several days now and it's still not here. The tracking information is not accurate and the customer service is not helpful. I will never use JNE again for my deliveries.
The delivery from JNE took way too long. My package was supposed to arrive in 3 days but it took more than a week. The tracking information was not updated properly and I had to contact customer service multiple times to get an update. Very frustrating experience.
