Tadi sore, bayar dan ambil kartu By.U di sini. Pegawainya cekatan, gak lemot. Dulu punya pengalaman sedikit g enak di sini sama salah satu pegawai cewek. Customer udah depan kasir, mau bayar, dia malah teriak2 ke temennya. Bad attitude ???????????? …
kurang puas sama pelayanan nya mesan matcha Frappe Series dikasii malah matcha milk series udah gitu dibilangin salah ga minta maaf mass nyaaa, terusss pembeli setelah aku di jelasin tentang minuman nya, kok aku gaa yaaa gimana sih cara kerja nyaa? apakah tidak ada training sebelumnya?
