Pelayanan CS COWOK BURUK, amburadul, ada Miss komunikasi hingga menyebabkan nasabah harus bolak balik ke bank, management tidak tertata dengan baik, kesalahan ada dipihak bank tapi nasabah yg harus bertanggung jawab
Managemen nya amburadul,beberapa Team CS gak punya penguasaan ilmu Hospitality . Jauh sekali kalau dibandingkan dengan BRI Lainya.
BRi plaosan luar biasa ....
Pelayanan CS COWOK BURUK, amburadul, ada Miss komunikasi hingga menyebabkan nasabah harus bolak balik ke bank, management tidak tertata dengan baik, kesalahan ada dipihak bank tapi nasabah yg harus bertanggung jawab.
Managemen nya amburadul,beberapa Team CS gak punya penguasaan ilmu Hospitality . Jauh sekali kalau dibandingkan dengan BRI Lainya.
