Mandiri Atm next to Bintang didn't return my bank card. I went to this bank and there was huge line. Also masks mandatory inside the bank. Security guy helped me, gave me a form to fill out without going in the bank. Thanks to this guy i saved some time of my day. Hopefully tomorrow they return my card. Lainnya
I went in the bank to get back my credit card forget in the Mandiri atm, the security guy take my informations and said that he’ll call me the day after. It’s been one week now and I never receive a call. I sent an email but no answer too. Bad service ! Lainnya
