Scurity ny sok2 an mempersulit orang masak mau cairkan BSU malah bilang gak terdaftar sedangkn BRI Laen bisa koq..udah nunggu smpe 1 jam sruh isi formulir ujung2 ny bilang gak bisa cairkan..truz ngmg ny kasar..seolah2 mempermainkan orang .

Perusahaan sekelas BUMN ini termasuk lelet dalam hal pelayanan nasabah, hanya mau ganti kartu ATM saja saya dipingpong sana sini alasannya overload, pada saat antri juga super lama, CS tidak cekatan dalam hal penanganan nasabah..Semoga ke depan bisa lebih baik lagi, jangan mau dikalahkan dengan bank swasta..

Pelayanan buruk... Cs lambat... Saya antri buka blokir kartu saja dari jam 8 sampai jam 1... Luar biasa lelet
