Attention!!! I used this atm few times and it was great. Until two days ago I wanted to take 1500000 IDR. Money didn't come but they charged my card. Called customer service but the guy there was telling to contact my card issuer. Not sure how can be problem with my card if I used their ATM. As result I am missing 1500000 IDR and ATMs are not cheapest places to try to get your money back. Carefully, it's them from cards!
