Paket diambil sendiri ga boleh. Ditanya dimana bisa diambil sendiri, jawaban ga tau, parah... Padahal jelas di track paket udah nyampe di jne ciomas
lama banget sampe nya dan ga pernah update udah di kirim apa belumnya sangat melelahkan.saran sy perbaiki kecepatan pengiriman agar pelanggan puas dan selalu ada konfirmasi bila barang telah sampai dan org rumah sedang tidak ada.
PELAYANAN petugasnya BURUK.. tidak ramah.. komunikasinya jelek
